Commercial Description:
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

Draft at Edel-Weiss in Norridge. Pours a pale brown, darker than the normal hefe but still somewhat pale for a Dunkelweizen. Nose is spicy and cloves/bananas dominate. Taste is pretty well balanced, mildly roasty and distinct Bavarian flavors of wheat bread and spice and a slight tartness in the middle. Very nice one, actually.

Roasted malt aroma, with hints of nuts. Has a light brownish color with an off white foam head. The taste also has nuts and malt in there as well.

Bottle; I think it may have been a little old. Good color, though the aroma was not appealing. Taste was quite grainy, cereal like with no body. Based on this tasting, I did not enjoy this beer

Poured a great head with plenty of aroma - perhaps banana or bubblegum. Plenty of carbonation with a bit of creaminess.

Bottle 50cl. A brown hazy beer with a huge head. The smell is rich with some roasted and wheat flavour. The beer is quite sweet with malt, caramel and some fruit aroma. Ejoyable beer with multiples aroma that goes well together, very drinkable a very nice beer.
