Its deep complex with fruit, apricot and prune with malt overtones. Then the first sip and you wonder what happened to the flavor. Yeast and malt flavor flaver dominate while your tast bud search for the flavor of the aroma. Then the beer disappears from your palate. Not impress at all.

Pours a pale brown, darker than the normal hefe but still somewhat pale for a Dunkelweizen. Nose is spicy and cloves/bananas dominate. Taste is pretty well balanced, mildly roasty and distinct Bavarian flavors of wheat bread and spice and a slight tartness in the middle. Very nice one, actually.
