Bottle brown, 500 ml.
Appearance: Pours orangy, dark golden, gently to mederate carbonated body, body texture is cloudy yeasty, head is slightly off-white, initially medim, slowly decreasing to small, foamy to frothy in texture, there is no lacing.
Aroma: Very nice mild touches of freshly baked cake, cookies, dough, banana, yeast, top fermentation off-spins characteristic of a Weizen, notes of clove, generally very fresh and juicy, some notes of wax, pleasant and aromatic mild hops are working together with yeast and wheat to create a nice and inviting Weizen, notes of carrot juice.
Flavour: Front is pleasant and soft with well pronounced notes of yeast, wheat, banana juice, carrot juice, dough, small pinch of salt, wax, minerality in the water texture, nice aromatic hops being almost flowery, all is working really good but than suddenly when you swallow the beer becomes flat with a dull, watery and neutral aftertaste. Additionally these signs of flatness and low gravity can alredy be felt in the flavour, finish duration is as it apears short and shallow.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is watery but the beer seems to effervescent on palate and far to watery which results in a dull, uninteresting and boring, tedious finish.

Draught at Löwenbräukeller, Munich.
Light hazy dark golden coloured, small white head, light fruity nose. Malty, weak banana and orange taste with notes of canned corn and yeast. Watery palate, refreshing but a way too weak.

[bottle] Pours brownish/orange in color, with a very light haze. Strong clove and spice in the aroma. Flavors are quite thin, but that’s sort of expect for a light beer like this. Grainy wheat flavors, with minimal fruity ester character. Finishes dry and quite clean. Definitely a hefeweizen, and certainly drinkable, but not something I’m dying to pick up again.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense and creamy, off-white head. Discreet fruit aroma. Light and very watery body with an extreme carbonation. Wee notes of yeast, a subdued sweetness and otherwise completely bland. 111106

A hazy pale orange beer with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with hints of banana. The flavor is sweet wheaty, but the body is thin as water, which is a serious drawback, the end is slightly dry and wheaty. I know this is a light beer - but it is sad, that the body has too be so thin.

Bottle, 2.9%. Bready aroma. Cloudy grey/orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is estery, not exactly banana, but something along that line. Otherwise rather watery.

Bottle. Beige label, not the blue. Huge and creamy eggshell head. Hazy and sickly-looking yellow-golden. Smells vaguely wheaty and hoppy. Watery with a touch of oil. Spiciness is still present but greatly reduced. Mild bitter astringent aftertaste. No flavor, really.
