Aug 8, 2008 50 cl Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow colour, big white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, wheat and some spice. Taste is slightly sweet, banana, yeast and wheat, also some citrus and spices. Nice dry mouthfeel, very refreshing weizen.

Aug 7, 2008 Bottle. Mine is different than the photo (green bottle and no fancy neck label). Pours a hazy honey color with 2 finger white head. Nose is sweet wheat and yeast. Taste is wheat, light banana, coriander and mild citrus in the dry finish. Medium mouth feel. Decent beer – crisp and refreshing.

Aug 7, 2008 It was a decent beer, a lovely gold color with a rather small, white head. A little sweet, a bit spicy, but all in all very mild. A touch of fruit went into it, but it was a bit malty for my tastes.

Aug 2, 2008 The citrus jumps out at you, even in the aroma. The appearance is cloudy; almost a caramel color. As mentioned earlier, there is definitely some citrus undertones in the flavor. The reviewer that mentioned banana may be on to something. My palate experienced a lively brew with a slightly "burnt" finish. Overall, a nice beer, very drinkable and much better than that wheat junk that Sierra Nevada puts out.
