The aroma for the beer is more on the banana scent with a clove undertone to it. Very light in flavor with the banana coming through more than spices with no hops. A little light on the mouth wheat feel with a slight watery feel from this bottle. Overall a decent beer but I would imagine it would be much better on tap or fresh. I have had better but this is pretty decent. BiddleBrau (306), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA

Carbonation of this brew enhances the refreshing flavor. Not my top Munich Weiss but I certainly wouldn’t turn it down. On tap at The Shep’ ditmier (1053), Boise, Idaho, USA

Cloudy with white one finger head. Aroma is of fermented fruits, yeast and spices. The flavors blended in this beer are very well balanced. I tasted yeast, citrus, banana, light spices, and some hop character. I liked the body of this beer as well, it was smooth, medium thickness, and with pearly carbonation. So far, definitely one of my tops for this style. kfl (71), Denmark

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Jun 5, 2008 Bottle: Poured a cloudy dark beige color weizen with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and great lacing. Aroma of banana and cloves is huge and very enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by some banana, cloves and bubble gum notes with a perfect creamy texture of wheat malt. Full body with limited filtration and great carbonation. No date on the bottle but I am guessing that this is somewhat fresh. Probably the best form a style that I enjoy consistently.
