Dead clean style that shows the necessary bubblegum sweetness and clove spiciness that is key to the genre. Some excess fizz takes the edge off the flavour.About 1yr to run on the BB so another example of how fresh is best. BartC (400), Lichtaart, Belgium

Flavor is very good, but not nearly as complex or enjoyable as a hefeweizen such as Hacker-Pschorr. More citrus than some other hefeweizens. Quallity hefeweizen, but falls short in some areas to other hefeweizens. A bit overrated in my personal opinion- there are better hefeweizens out there. BeerEssential (96), Massachusetts, USA

Great, fresh, citrus/spice aroma. Taste is very much along the lines of a Hoegaarden or Hacker-Pschorr, clean, refreshing with a long citrus end. I was pleasantly surprised. A great wheat beer, esp. for the summer. JohnnyJ (1307), Carlsbad, California, USA
