| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | May 5, 2008 Bottle. A classic hefeweizen this pours an immediately cloudy, pale straw colored beer with a puffy white head. Good aroma of bananas with a light yeast aroma and some bubblegum notes. Light citrusy flavor, yeast highlights the soft wheat malt character and bubblegum under notes. Light to medium bodied with good light carbonation. This would be awesome fresh.
