A- Pours an unfiltered apricot color with an absolutely massive head. S- Spicy fruits, orange, pear, sweetness. T- Fruity and wheaty with earthy notes. Slight metallic aftertaste. M- Creamy with a decent amount of carbonation. D- This is your run of the mill hefeweizen. Fairly easy to drink but nothing special compared to other german hefes.

Bottle, 500ml. A cloudy orange colour with a good head. Aroma is citrusy orange, banana and yeast. Taste has plenty of wheat, a touch of yeast and underlying citrus notes. High carbonation. A very good hefeweizen.

On Tap at Bavarian Grill, Plano, TX. Poured a gorgeous cloudy yellow-orange with fluffy white head with excellent retention. Strong aroma of bannana that is dominate. Flavor has mostly bannana present with hints of clove with citris notes....Palate was light-medium mouthfeel, almost watery with medium carbonation..........good heff though....

probably my favorite all time session beer. complexities are at a minimum, and weizen stereotypes are at a maximum. still, this is highly drinkable if you dont think too hard about it. abundant in all the categories weiss beers are typically measured in: banana, clove, etc... it maintains a ’thickness’ on the palette which doesnt exist if you could chemically measure the viscosity. not the most challenging brew, but good as a session brew for repeated drinkings if necessary.

On tap at Louie Fuller’s in Providence. Pours cloudy orange golf with a fluffy white head. Nose of bananas, citrus, spice, and bread. Finishes with a nice sweetness. I’m a Hefeweizen fan, and this is an excellent one.

Another classic German Weissbier. Great with a meal or by itself, light-bodied and very refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy golden-orange color with a white head. Sweet, spicy and yeasty aroma. Taste of citrus, cloves, yeast, grain, banana and slightly sourish notes. Light bodied.

It had a VERY citrus taste, hazy cloudy yellow body, with a good amount of head.
