Taste is heavy of yeast and hopp. Also banana and citrus and clove. This is a very drinkable beer. The carbonation is perfect and it is very smooth.

S- Spicy fruits, orange, pear, sweetness.
T- Fruity and wheaty with earthy notes. Slight metallic aftertaste.
M- Creamy with a decent amount of carbonation.

Poured a gorgeous cloudy yellow-orange with fluffy white head with excellent retention. Strong aroma of bannana that is dominate. Nose of bananas, citrus, spice, and bread. Finishes with a nice sweetness. I’m a Hefeweizen fan, and this is an excellent one.
