Sep 5, 2009 It’s a "trüb" beer with an average head. Nicely carbonated. The wheat flavor is very much like "banana". Finishes smooth and wheathy. This one is ok but why does it cost more than other beers of the same "Hefe-Weissbier"-kind? Maybe a little too refined...

Aug 24, 2009 Initial Appearnce on this one is very nice, as most of this style are. Golden liquid with a very thick and frothy head. Good carbonation. Aroma is light spice over clove/banana. Taste is thankfully light on the spice..but unfortunately pretty light on everything. Refreshing and good on the palate with a medium body and high carbonation..but pretty bland.

Aug 22, 2009 500mL bottle poured into Weissbier glass. Pours deep golden with thick white head. Spicy fruit aroma, nice thick bready taste. Another solid weissbier.
