Bottle. Hazy golden with handsome head. Spicy banana aroma. Mild but refreshingly sour taste of citrus and little banana, some. Well-balanced. Well carbonated medium body leads to great drinkability.

Opaque 12 oz. dark grapefruit juice colored pour with huge frothy head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. Highly carbonated. An almost tangerine taste in front palate, spicy mid palate and dry yeasty finish. Very drinkable but too carbonated for my taste. This would pair nicely with a summer salad on a hot day.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a big fluffy head. Smell is dry and yeasty. Taste is biscuit like at first with a big estery finish. Lost of bubblegum and banana oil. I’ve never had a beer with this much ester character. Very good and unique.

Tasted 3/10/08. 500ml bottle. Hazy sedimented golden orange hue. Layer white head. Good Hefe nose. Bananas and oranges. Touch citrus. Floral yeast character. Straight otta the fridge, but still crisp and refreshing. Light to medium bodied with smooth palate and easy transitioning brew to the slightly bitter end. Subtle light fruity esters abound. Crisp bready wheat. Typical yeast flavor. Tart acidic finish. Faint zesty hops. Hints of melons, pepper and wood. This is a standard.

Citrus but mainly banana. Pours a cloudy opaque gold with amber highlights. Aggressively poured it gives a nice white fluffy head. Nose is all banana, and ends on a nice, refreshing hoppy note. A good Hef all in all.

Pours a nicely hazy golden color with a creamy white head. Spicy aroma of citrus and banana. Good flavor as well, but a bit watery on the tongue. Not bad.
