Jan 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours orangish yellow with a mid sized white head that steadily dissapates before 3/4 gone. Aroma is strong bananna. Flavor is typical Hefe, but not as sweet as the other few I have had. Nice cloudy pour, especially when swirlled.

does not count  Jan 16, 2008 Vague aroma. minimal head.Kind of sweet smelling. Very fizzy. sweet ale taste. . its got a nice banana flavor. spicy after taste. i wouldn’t eat with it.

Unfiltered cloudy orangish yellow with nice head. Skunky belgium yeast aroma. Bubbly palate - somewhat surprising in this one. Very "hefeweizen". Taste is sweet and not too doughy. Really not that bad for my least favorite style!

Jan 14, 2008 Straw colored pour, cloudy, with large foamy white head. Sweet wheat aroma with a touch of banana and some yeast. This might be my favorite hefe. Very pillowy and crisp. Sweet wheat, clove, ripe banana and bready flavors. Extremely drinkable and not annoyingly metallic or over-banana flavored like a lot of examples.

Jan 12, 2008 Draft at 1849. Blond pour with some white head. Aroma of sweet malt, banana, and yeast. Flavor was the same, and is probably my favorite hefeweizen.

Jan 12, 2008 Updated: Feb 5, 2008Poured to a white head with aromas of yeast and alcohol. Initial flavor was citrousy with a slighty bitter and tangy finish. Not as good as the Paulaner Hefeweizen.
