Jan 5, 2008 This beer is legit! One of the best Hefeweizen’s I’ve ever had and I love it’s unique taste. The strong banana and citrus-like tastes set this beer apart from other Hef’s.

Jan 2, 2008 Pours a cloudy orange from the bottle. Small amount of head, pretty carbonated. Smells sweet, a bit like sour oranges. I’m not very keen on the taste. It’s a bit too sweet for me. Tastes of Lemon, orange but a bit sour with a strange aftertaste I don’t care for. This isn’t a bad beer but it’s not my style. I wouldn’t order it again.

Jan 2, 2008 On tap. Hazy gold/orange. Aroma was pretty good-a bit yeasty zest and oranges to keep things interesting enough. Taste wasn’t too bad either, but the body was rather thin and watery, which covered up the flavor. Could have been .5 or so better.

Jan 1, 2008 Draught. Nose is pure orange and slightly sour. Hazy orange-brown with a light head. Orange up front, spice and a sour finish. Thick and hardy but intensely smooth. A wonderful hefe.

Dec 27, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a dense white head. Wheaty and slight esteric aroma. Slight dry wheaty flavour with a subdued esteric note and a vague fruitiness. Dry wheaty and mild bitter finish.

Dec 27, 2007 12 oz bottle. Nice golden color. Very "wheaty" with "banana-like" taste from the wheat and the yeast. This is what hefeweissen should taste like.
