May 11, 2005 Hazy golden-yellow color. with a dense white head that sticks around until the end of the beer. Yeasty aroma with a hint of banana. It has a refreshing creamy mouthfeel, With mild banana and a hint of spice flavors. A good Hefe, but not a great Hefe!

Dec 22, 2003 Cloudy yellow with a foamy white head. Strong wheat aroma and flavor. Aroma also hints of yeast. The flavor is acidic and leaves an astringent feel on the palate. Very crisp beer.

Oct 27, 2005 It is a proper weisse, no doubt about that, but it is a bit too malty. It lacks some bitterness and freshness to balance it.

Feb 28, 2004 Draft. Cloudy yellow gold color with a small head. Hard to really tell by the plastic mugs they serve at Goat Hill. Nose was typical hefe, banana, clove and citrus. Taste was wheat and lemon. Kinda thin for my liking.

Jul 22, 2006 06 State College Brew Expo. Pours a hazy milky golden with a white fluffy head. Aroma of banana, citrus and wheat. Flavors of the same with more of the yeast in the flavor. Very solid Hefeweizen.

May 16, 2003 This brew poured a large thick white foamy head with small bubbles. The aroma was fruity and spicy. This was a very enjoyable smooth brew which was much to my liking and I enjoyed the flavor very much.

Sep 23, 2002 Man, do I love wheat beers! This was great. Very eveident fruitiness (citrus) and spice taste to this one. Very crisp and not very hoppy. Cloudy blond with a slight brown hue, probably from the sediment in the bottle. An almost perfect hefe-weizen. Recommended.
