Hard to really tell by the plastic mugs they serve at Goat Hill. Nose was typical hefe, banana, clove and citrus. Taste was wheat and lemon. Kinda thin for my liking. Very eveident fruitiness (citrus) and spice taste to this one. Very crisp and not very hoppy. Cloudy blond with a slight brown hue, probably from the sediment in the bottle. An almost perfect hefe-weizen. Recommended.
