Perfect big white foamy head! Typical hazy orange weizen color as well as sweet banana aroma. Smooth palate, taste is weizen-like sweet banana with citron flavor bitterness. Dry finish. This is another excellent hefeweizen!

Jan 6, 2008 Golden, hazy wheat with a huge, white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and banana and the mouthfeel is prickly. the flavour is slightly sweet with clear notes of wheat, banana and citrus. It might have more body, but it’s a nice weiss.
