Bottle; first time from a bottle. Poured a cloudy gold with medium to large white hed. Aroma was of yeast, clove, wheat, and banana. Flavor was pretty tasty with a very nice palate. Flavor of yeast, wheat, banana, bubblegum with a light spicyness. Very malty and tasty. Easy drinking. Very good.

I’ve had this in bottles, but most recently I had it on draught. Light orange and cloudy in appearance, not too much carbonation. This beer has good sweet and almost spicy flavor to it. Aroma and flavor is wheat, banana, and citrus. The draught version seems more spicy or something and seems to have a less hoppy flavor. This is a great hefe that I always enjoy drinking when I find it on draught. 22 oz draught, $5.75 at the Winking Lizard Tavern (Crosswoods).

One of the best wheatbeers i’ve tried. Very light, but still full-bodied at the same time.

Tap. Great appearance with its cloudy look. Corriander, orange, and lots of spice.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy deep yellow color with thick head. Grainy and clovey aroma with hint of banana and vanilla. Wheaty and clovey flavor with quite smooth and oily mouthfeel. The deep fruity and spicy tartness separates this from other weizens. Good, allthough not my favourite weizen.

Hazy, straw-yellow color, enormous, pillowy white head: so far, the perfect look for a hefe weizen. Aroma: fresh, flowery, dry, loaded with lemon. Light and smooth, with a good, grainy texture. Marvelous fruity flavor, with the requisite Bavarian banana/clove character really showing itself more in the middle, and rides on out through the end. Wonderfully refreshing, thirst-quenching, damned-easy quaffability. Belongs among the top tier of weizens: ah, delicious!
