| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 28, 2005 Poured from the bottle. A cloudy coppery appearance beneath a good full head. Loved the aroma, with banana and honey coming through. Tasted very bitter for a wheat beer (I’m not complaining) and was very smooth over the palate. Would be the best wheat-based beer I have tasted for a while. RAYBOY01 (1868), Chicago, Illinois, USA
