Good Hefe nose. Bananas and oranges. Touch citrus. Floral yeast character. Straight otta the fridge, but still crisp and refreshing. Light to medium bodied with smooth palate and easy transitioning brew to the slightly bitter end. Subtle light fruity esters abound. Crisp bready wheat. Typical yeast flavor. Tart acidic finish. Cloudy yellow-golden color with a nice white head. Aroma a bit sweet, wheat. Medium body. Taste is not as the Belgian whitebeers, this is sweet, very low spices, malts, little bitterness.
But it’s pretty en good drinkable.

Pleasant white bread / banana aroma with subdued toasted mint. Bread dough plus banana candies plus clove and a light astingent papery finish.
