| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Sep 24, 2003 Consumed on tap at Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter Oktoberfest in Stillwater, MN. Aroma is very wheaty. Had to pull slice of lemon out to make sure I was rating on the beer. Deep amber, orange color. Since it was poured out a keg, don't get the full yeast effect that you get from a bottle (neither from appearance nor flavor). Thin layer of white foam (in plastic cup); would have been thicker if poured into glass. Flavor is rich, lemony citrus, banana. Some clove notes. Excellent. plovmand (1730), Helsinge, Denmark
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours yellow/orange with huge foamy head. Banana and candy in the nose and more banana and wheat in the mouth. Thick but still thirst quenching. I love it. blipp (1722), Newark, New Jersey, USA
