The first time I tried it, I drank it fast, and from a bottle. I hated it then, thought it was too lemony, spicey and generally undrinkable, I expected to see it bashed on sites like this, but I’ve seen only really positive reviews of it. That got me thinking, and I realized that the problem wasn’t in the beer, but in the way I was drinking it, tried it again, this time sipping it slowly from a glass, and the taste opened up to me. And I loved it. It’s smooth,a bit yeasty, and looks a bit murky, amd the banana taste lingers a bit in the background. Headbanger (1601), Aurora, Illinois, USA

Aroma of banana, cloves, and wheat. Taste of banana, whet, citrus, and coriander. A great Hefe but not as good as Paulaner IMO. TheBeerOrg (1589), Kentucky, USA

Clove and some banana aroma, smells delightful. The taste is a bit disappointing. An initial malty taste fades into a refreshing wheat finish. A good representative of how a hefe should look and smell, but uninspired taste. JensenTaster (1588), Denmark

Very full mouth of yeasts and whiped-cream-likefullness. (The mates tells me that the Brussels sprouts are still there, but I don´t think so)Very good carbonation and a good, wheaty finish. legion242 (1587), Richardson, Texas, USA
