May 15, 2005 On Tap. Thin whiteish head. Aroma-not much from what I would have expected. Color-cloudy straw/gold. Nice palate, interesting taste, bananaish. Better than average Hefe-weissbier.

Jul 17, 2007 Pours a cloudy golden bronze with a frothy well-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet wheat and banana with some bready yeast. Starts with good carbonation and fairly full, sweet malt and wheat character along with a light citrus and yeasty flavor toward a smooth, crisp clove finish. A nice hefeweizen.

Oct 29, 2003 Cloudy yellow lager. Huge, white, frothy head.
The nose is of clove, grapefruit, underripe banana and white bread.
The flavor is well-balanced; fruity and yeasty; lemon, dough and straw.
Thin and watery with lively carbonation. Short, refreshing finish.

Oct 11, 2006 Huge, light-yellow dense head over pale orange beer with a mossy shine. Lots of banana- and other fruity esters, a bit soapy. Place for surprise in the taste: apart, and in fact dominating the banana/citrus flavours, there’s a wry, nearly bitter overlying flavour. Maybe a bit walnutpeel-like, but nowhere that intense. Warming up, converting to more usual flavours with a marked wheat presence. Wheat slickness, medium bodied. Not really bad, in a sort of indifferent way. I might have accorded another point, weren’t it for the can it came out of. The day that Burgundy fills cans with Romanée Conti , I’ll accept cans.

Feb 8, 2004 Hazy golden colour with big and lasting head. Aroma is of wheat. Flavor is very nice, with hints of banana. Palate is good with a nice smoothness.
