Apr 9, 2007 Bottle. Claudy yellow colour with huge creamy white fully lasting head. Yeasty aroma. Sweet flavor. Hints of honey and banana.

Jul 20, 2008 Draft at Laschet’s in Chicago. This was quite a subdued Hefe. Nose was lightly citric and fruity, some banana and clove though more malty than anything. Taste is slightly metallic, somewhat bready, fizzy. Not as full bodied as I would like, though the caramelization is definitely there. Nice, but not my favorite.

May 31, 2006 The aroma has notes of apple and banana. The pour is a cloudy golden with a nice white head. The flavor is dry with apple undertones and a light crisp finish.

Nov 26, 2008 Crushed with Jakebra. Very wheaty brew. Looks excellent. Smells aight, a little nast. Same in flavor, but overall it’s mostly a pleasant drinking experience.

Jun 8, 2008 2008 Botte from Falcon Tavern - Pours a murky dark yellow with a small white head, aroma is all spice and grain, first impression was that this was not a weissbier but a belgian strong, spice and particulate wheat, finishes clean, this was awesome, will definitely drink again...
