Poured cloudy ight orange with a huge foamy lasting white head - very nice. Decent aroma - banana, apple, spice, grain and yeast, a little wheaty. Taste is solid - right on after the nose, plenty of candyish malt, fruit (banana big time), lemon, sweet spices (cloves) and yeasty - not a weak flavour, but it finishes apple-sweet, somewhat dry, and quickly. Average hefe body, nice an syrupy mouthfeel, just enough carbonation, very light and quenching - decent, if light hefe. Radek Kliber (3957), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

This is a nice medium bodied weiss beer. Malty and wheaty, slightly sweet. Mild banana and clove flavor. Soft and slightly spicy. An excellent example of a German Wheat, Smooth. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Wonder why I kept passing this beer by on the shelf. jerc (3945), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

It has a yeasty malty aroma with a cloudy yeasty dark orange body. It has a flat initial taste that finishes with a banana flavor and a fizz in the back of your mouth. It has a very nice flavor and goes down very smoothly. Grovlam (3810), Copenhagen, Denmark

Defiantly the best Hefeweizen I have ever tasted so fare. Aroma is quit complex with some of the bouquet being wheat, banana, citrus, yeasty, apricot. Maybe some hint of spice in there as well. Very balanced with medium sweet flavour. Medium bodied with a medium sweet finish with some notes of bitterness that makes you want to take an extra sip. Well amazed by this Hefe! Classic banana aroma. The flavor is creamy and banana-dominant with an excellent spicy finish. Classic weizen ... the standard in type. Theis (3760), Denmark
