This is a beer I will buy again and again. dharmabum (2), , Indiana, USA does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Aug 9, 2008 we love this beer!!! Great banana/gumball flavor - yet not so sweet that you wouldn’t not have 3-4 in one sitting. One of my favorites. Can’t imagine anyone not enjoying this beer. jmmino08 (3), Oatmeal Stout, New York, USA does not count | 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 3/5 | 18/20 | Aug 7, 2009 unbelievable, yes im american, but yet a beer taster of them all. Franziskaner, tastes as the jungle of it self. Natural, smooth, and a sweet taste of banana zest. What more can you ask. Starting out with smooth buaetiful head, pearly in color, almost like the puff of a cloud. The first taste is almost legendary to its nature. Light but flavorful, weizen at its best. And who new, the suprise of banana with no part, Almost as it fell of the tree of a fransiskaner bloom. Smooth, like a baby’s bottom. rodolito (162), San Diego, California, USA

The bier poured a yellow gold that was cloudy. Had a thick, white head with nice retention. Wheat and clove flavors with a medium tartness. A moderate amount of carbonation with a light finish. I enjoyed the creamy texture, which was good although down to the remnants of the head. Well balanced - none of the phenols were overpowering. LarsHolmer (112), Göteborg, Sweden
