Really great wheat beer. Good lemon/spice aroma. Nicely balanced taste. Great tasting and great looking too.

This one improved from my initial evaluation. Nice Hazy pale gold/lemon color, as a good weissbeer should have, aroma hints of orange and lemon. Dominating flavors of citrus and clove. An excellent Weissbier!

Sweet yeasty aroma. Banana, bread. Orange-amber cloudy with pillowy lacing off-white head. Light-medium carb & silky watery body. Smooth taste - wheat, yeast, fruity, citrusy. Sediment gives nice bittering in the finish and hops have a nice tang. Great German wheat.

Consumed on tap at Gasthaus Bavarian Hunter Oktoberfest in Stillwater, MN. Aroma is very wheaty. Had to pull slice of lemon out to make sure I was rating on the beer. Deep amber, orange color. Since it was poured out a keg, don't get the full yeast effect that you get from a bottle (neither from appearance nor flavor). Thin layer of white foam (in plastic cup); would have been thicker if poured into glass. Flavor is rich, lemony citrus, banana. Some clove notes. Excellent.

Sitting back and having this great beer right now. Well balanced and smooth. One of the best wheat beers. Recommended

Pours a cloudy gold with a large head. Nose is of lemon with a tone of smoked wood. Taste is smooth with a hint of lemon that starts, disappears, and then returns in the end. I will say that the flavor seems to drop a bit too quickly - at least I think so. Feel is bubbly and calm. Very nice indeed.
