Mar 15, 2006 500ml bottle: pours light yellow with a big white head. Light hefe aroma of banana and light yeast. Flavor is understandably a bit thin. I prefer cloudy hefe’s with a bit of yeast in them. But even so, it’s a nice, highly drinkable beer.

Mar 13, 2006 500 ml bottle. Thick white head. Crystal clear. Golden yellow in color. Looks very nice, but has very little of anything else. Aromas are bland. Very little hop aroma. Only some wheat notes come through. Flavour is just as boring; slightly buttery wheat flavour. Why bother.

Pours clear, light gold with a large, fluffy, white head that was constanlty replenished by a steady stream of bubbles from the bottle. This might be the clearest beer I’ve ever seen. Amazing. You could easily read through the glass. Slight hint of banana in the aroma and not much else. The taste strikes me as a Belgian Tripel of Abbey wannabe. This would be a fine summer beer.

Feb 10, 2006 Bottle, 55cl. My wife bought me a case of this. Pours a darker golden color. A big fluffy head. Slightly sweet aroma with a little wheat. This was a pretty good beer.
