Sampled from bottle. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a tall, frothy, white head. A mild, banana and clove aroma predicts the flavor with the exception of a floral hop addition. Semi-sweet, medium-bodied and well-carbonated. A well-made, yet unchallenging beer.

Pours a clear light yellow with a massive off-white head. Aroma is clove, apples, dusty yeast. Taste is cookie, bready, lightly sweet malts. Light bodied and highly carbonated. Similar to the hefe, but more malt emphasis, quite restrained esters in the taste. Impressive for a kristall, but I need more bananas.

well, an incredible kristall, exremely complex with a biterfinish. So much going on, candy sugar, vanillar, fruits with some hints of lemon. This is the best kristall ever, and that´s a fact!

Bottled. A golden beer with a foamy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is quite lagerish, grassy notes hidden behind a little banana. The taste is lemony and a bit wheaty with more sweet banana and maybe a little vanilla. Thin and uncomplicated.

Bottle. Acidic, estery aroma. Clear golden colour, stable, creamy white head. Yeasty flavour with banana aftertaste. OK for a Kristall.

I’ll use the following oxymoron to describe this beer: Light; yet filling. wooooooooo....pretty good. nice hbomb of a head, the kind only rivaled by hookers in ABC land. Yes, folks, it’s true...cookie monster IS in rehab.
