Jul 13, 2004 Updated: Oct 19, 2004Bottle. Poured a great looking pale, golden colour, with a large foamy, white head. Aroma is malt, hops and bananas, some spice. Crisp and very refreshing. Taste is malty, fruity with a nice dry finish and slightly bitter aftertaste. Pretty carbonated, but smooth with a great mouthfeel. Excellent.

Jul 9, 2004 In the 500 ml bottle. Pours pale gold with a mighty big white poofy fluffy head. Fantastic lacing in the empty glass. Aroma was very skunky, and I’m not sure why since it was in a brown bottle. Fantastic flavor of wheat, buttery esters and amazingly enough, APPLES! This is crisp and tart, but not too crisp or tart. If i were a rich bastard, this would be my lawnmower beer.

Jun 12, 2004 Bottle: As you would imagine, this brew is crystal clear, very bubbly with a small head. Spicy sweet nose with a malty and bitter sweet taste. Not bad at all but I prefer the original one with yeast.
