Aug 19, 2008 Updated: Jul 4, 2009essa Kristallweizen alemã apresenta, bem nitida e pronunciadamente, os aromas clássicos das cervejas claras de trigo: banana e cravo. A espuma inicial, também clássica, tem aparência grande e irregular, de coloração branca. Há excelente formação de colarinho, com espuma de longa duração e corpo borbulhante, de tonalidade amarelo-médio.
O sabor já não é tão clássico assim, deixando um pouco a desejar em relação à outros exemplares do estilo. Seu sabor inicial é levemente doce e ácido, tornando-se levemente amargo no final, de duração média. O paladar é composto de corpo médio-leve (perceptivelmente mais rala que suas pares), textura aguada (até demais), carbonatação borbulhante e bem refrescante e final metálico. Gosto de banana.

Jul 29, 2008 bottle. Dusty nose, minerally. Pale golden, amazingly overcarbonated. Cardboardy base, a hint banana, falls flat on the face after that, exits with a few typical weissbier notes. Lightbodied and fizzy.I had better alcoholfree weissbier - Kristall sucks.

Jul 25, 2008 Wow, didnt expect this to be so good, extremely well balenced, i loved it. Flavor has some banana, yeast, spice. Average description, i know, but this beer found a great balance of these three flavors you would find in many hefe’s. Not over carbonated in the least, great beer. Guess Germany is good for something.. I need more.

Jul 8, 2008 Clear yellow. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma has notes of spice, corinader and yeast. Flavor starts sweet, acidic notes. Watery texture. Lively carbonation.

Thick white head. Clear pale lagerish color. Aroma is very mild with only a hint of banana and spice. I like this one, crisp and fresh.

Jun 14, 2008 500ml bottle. Thick white head. Clear pale lager-like colour. Aroma is very mild, only slight hint of banana. Light palate, but pretty strong carb. Also flavour is pretty light, with citrus, yeast and banana. End is some what bitter.
