Apr 14, 2008 Beh per carità non è pessima; però a parte che a vedersi è bruttina soprattutto se si penza che è una weizen e poi ovviamente il sentore di lievito bananoso è smorzato. Non capisco a chi sia rivolto questo esperimento... ma vedo che è uno stile piuttosto comune! Vabeh dai si beve.

Mar 21, 2008 Absolutely cristaline clean yellow colour, as usual, an enormous head that leaves a nice lace.it’s just like the non-filtered Franziskaner Hefe, but lighter. Aroma of bananas, pears, melon and cloves. Taste of the same fruits, maybe some spice. Good, but if you’ve tried the Hefe Weissbier first... it’s not the same.

Feb 10, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Pale hay yellow, thick lagery head. Strong aroma of candy and banana which wears off quite soon. Flavor is fresh, sweet and easy. Smooth carb and mouhtfeel.

Jan 28, 2008 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of straw, some hay, some sparse hoppy hints. Tastes fruity with some underlying straw hints and citrussy splashes on the finish.

Jan 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear, golden-yellow body, with a big head on top. The aroma starts very banana-like, and continue that way, but it also has company of spicyness and some wheatyness. There’s some yeasty notes as well, but of course, as it filtered, it’s subdued. It’s a refreshing beer, quite dry in the finish, with flavors of banana, some wheat and spicyness, and a little citrusy touch. Effervescent. Sure the best kristallweizen I’ve had, easy to drink and flavorful, but a bit thin body. (080115)

Jan 8, 2008 Coloração dourada, com um excelente creme branco, consistente e persistente. Embora seja uma Weiss, ela não é turva. Por outro lado, o aroma e o sabor são típicos da Weiss. Notas frutadas e de cravo. Leve, drinkable, refrescante. Muito boa!
