Aug 25, 2002 A clear very light yellow beer with a good head. It has a nice aroma of fruit and yeast and a flavor of yeast too. It is a very drinkable beer.

May 26, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Comes as: "Franziskaner Weissbier Kristallklar". Beautiful yellowish golden, low head. Lots of fruity esters - Spaten has pretty much maintained them in the brew in spite of the filtration. Less dry than other Kristalls. 080699

Mar 13, 2007 Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, lively airy head. Fruity banana aroma. Sweet and estery with notes of vanilla. Most of the flavour of the hefeweizen remains, but it just feels duller.
