(Bottle, 2006 vintage) Pours a cola brown body with a small beige head. Aroma of cocoa and toasted marshmallow. Flavor of chocolate, toasted malt, and vinous. Tasty beer.

12 oz bottle. Clear brown orange color. Head was off white and reduced to a thin film. Smelled and tasted like chocolate cookies and hot chocolate. Sweet and chocolatey. Maybe a bit too much.

Bottle. Pours rich brown. Quite interesting aroma of dark chocolate. Lively carbonation. Interesting. Thin on the palate with notes of wheat and chocolate. quite smooth and drinkable. Not too sweet. Decent dessert beer. One of the best SABMiller offerings for sure.

Nice dark brown color. Smells like nestles chocolate syrup with a hint of chocolate. Unfortunately, this beer is all down hill from there. Overly sweet body with horrid grain finish and stale Hershey’s chocolate. Seriously, did they let the gallon jug of Hershey’s sit out in the sun for all of august before brewing this? This is some bad beer. Akevitt may no longer be invited to tastings after suggesting this should be a regular in my fridge. Akevitt just redeemed himself by suggesting that Janet Jackson replace her coffee enema with this concoction.

Murky dark orange-brown body, thin off-white head. The aroma is more or less a chocolate donut, sweet and doughy. Rich chocolate-laden body. A tootsie roll in a glass. That said, am I rating effective use of chocolate, or the beer? This is not exactly a beer "balanced" by chocolate; it is chocolate.

This is a miller? Extreme chocolate aroma and taste... like hershys syrup.. Chocolate is taken literal with this beer. Yummy yummy beer.. keep it away from the kids. Great fizzy medium body. Chocolate phosphate for sure!

Pours deep brown, head quickly dissipates, aroma is pleasant milk chocolate. Flavor is sweet and dominated by milk chocolate, like Hershey’s syrup. Maybe a hint of coffee. Mild bitterness, finishes very smooth. I found this to be enjoyable
