Nov 28, 2009 Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Muddy unpleasen yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Modearte yeasty notes. Cinnamon dominating. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. lacking fruity esters. Watery palate. Not very good.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, herbs, citrus, elderflower notes, light to moderate yeasty, sour lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Sep 6, 2009 It is hazy, light golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of citrus, mostly lemon, elderflower and yeast. The flavor has sweetness and notes of elderflower, lemon, wheat and yeast. It is refreshing and uncomplicated, would do nicely as a smaller welcome drink, but before I end the bottle, the elderflower has become too dominating.
