Commercial Description:

It is hazy, light golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of citrus, mostly lemon, elderflower and yeast. The flavor has sweetness and notes of elderflower, lemon, wheat and yeast. It is refreshing and uncomplicated, would do nicely as a smaller welcome drink, but before I end the bottle, the elderflower has become too dominating.
