Commercial Description: On April 18th, 2003 we brewed our 2,000th batch of beer. To celebrate, we made something special. Our Batch 2,000 uses pale ale, biscuit and rye malts with just a touch of roasted barley to create a full, rich malt flavor. The biscuit, rye and roasted barley flavors wind in and out, each lending its own notes to the concert of flavors. Northern brewer and fuggles hops lend a gentle balance in flavor and aroma.
