Appearance: Copper-color. "Looks the way beer should look."
Aroma: A perfect blend of hops and malt, it could be a bit more aromatic for my likes.
Taste: I’m not sure if this is close-on stylistically, but I hope it is! I dig this beer. A harmonious blend of malt and hops, not too sweet at all. There’s a nice hop follow-through at the end.
Palate: Perfectly dry and fizzy.
Overall: A wonderful session ale.

Vibrant red in color with very litle head. Succulent toasted caramel flavor, some green apple, plenty of vibrant Euro hops. A great alt and a terrific quaffer. StinkBall (53), Asheville, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 3, 2009 Bottle-The beer was a soft copper color with a medium to large head. Lacing was moderated and lasted through most of the drink. The aroma was of soft hops and some wet grass. Mild hop taste was the dominate flavoring with a soft floor of hops helping out, perhaps even some caramel or toffee was mixed in. The beer was a bit sticky and had a bitter finish. French Broad
