Aroma is dry malty, light spiced and phenolic.Dry breadish and slight fruity flavoured. Lingering breadish and roasted malty flavoured. Light bitter and dry flavoured into a lingering malty flavoured finish. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Sep 22, 2009 Hazy mahogany color; poor head retention. The aroma has a suspicious apple feeling, with the caramel, and very light chocolate. Weak mouthfeel, some caramel flavor, but very boring indeed. Correct bitterness. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 22, 2009 Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of brentfeesh. Pours a clear warm orangey brown with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of mould and roasted malts. Medium body, sweet roasted malt and caramel - a whiff of wood perhaps. Very carbonated and lively. Still a fusty touch. No real bitterness.
