| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 28, 2008 TN tasting at maniac’s. Dark brown pour with chestnut highlights and huge ’homebrew’ tan head. Nose is clean with dark fruit and a twinge of sourness. Toffee and nuttiness in flavor with hint infection? Not in a terribly offensive manner. Wierd. TheEpeeist (1486), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2008 Bottle. Dark colored pour with a tan head on it. Smell was sweet and fruity with a little bit of banana in it. Citrus as well. Taste was lighter than I thought - a dark beer in looks only. Highly carbonated like a witte beer but with a nice roasted flavor of a dunkle. Pretty cool beer, good concept, and kinda refreshing. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
