Unusual aroma - pine, cinnamon, maybe some other smells lingering under it, as well. Ginger, coriander flavors, too. Ultimatley kind of weak bodied. Interesting, but seems to be a bit lacking. Sampled at 2004 Asheville Brewgrass Festival. puzzl (2648), New York, New York, USA

Floral aroma with a hint of apple. Slightly bitter with a lingering cinnamon taste. Mouthfeel is a little too fizzy for my liking much like all French Broad beers. Very enjoyable local beer.
