Tap @ SD. Poured a clear orange-gold color with a small off-white head. The aroma is fruity with plum and a slight hint of banana. A lightly sweet. The flavor is light and finishes watery. Some mild tartness and fruit. Light body.

Apr 23, 2008 Tap at Spuyten. Fairly non-descript, light sucrose throughout, a touch of belgian yeast. Mild malt body, some grassiness. Not as easy to drink as a 5% beer should be. Some banana.

Apr 21, 2008 Draft at Spuyten. Pours with a small head. Color is orangish amber. Aroma is apricot and peach with a dry mustiness. Its plenty fruitty.

Jan 24, 2008 I thought this was a little thin. A nice attempt, but the alcohol is way too low for the style, and really affects the balance. I like the yeasty presence, some nice spiciness, but a little on the sweet side, not quite cloying, but this beer is stretched in too many directions.
