Bit of vanilla and light grassy hops and ... sesame oil? Odd aroma for Irish stout but nice. dark black and oily with thin tan head. Heavy body with smooth carbonation. Starts with a bit of soy sauce and smoke, molasses, chocolate, coffee, and rich malty mash. Tangy sour character with a bit of hop bitterness. Finishes smooth with chocolate and molasses. Nice stout.
