Draught. Pours gold with whitish head. The aroma is a lot like lemongrass, with maybe a touch more orange. The flavor is a combination of grass and citrus. There are light and sweet malts throughout, but the finish is medium-dry, and leaves a grassy aftertaste.

This is a really tasty session pale ale - more hops at first, and just a touch of a caramel notes. Crisp and clean, and a nicely thin body. Sampled at Asheville Brewgrass 2007.

Draught at Barley’s. Pours a see-through copper with a small white head. The nose is slightly hoppy with a bit of caramel and grapefruit. It’s crisp and clean with a hop presence worth a nod and a smile, but it’s not very assertive. It’s refreshing, citrusy, and balanced. Towards the end of the glass, I notice the citrus flavors less and the woody flavors more. Decent for this style.
