The cap as well. Pours golden yellow, big white fizzy head. Big malt aroma. Some hints of sawdust scent. A very nice hop aroma with hints of green peanuts. Flavor is a rich malt character. Sweet and bold. Definitely not what I’d expect from a Lager in the land of Pale Lagers. Very balanced. Finishes with a crisp hop bite. Medium bodied. A very well made Lager. Cheers.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 10, 2009 Pale golden beer with a quickly dissapating white head. Light nose with some spice and faint citrus. This is better than the average macro lager. Malty backbone with some citrus lemon/orange in the finish. Easy drinking, but nothing interesting. Thanks to daknole for the bottle. JAF737300 (797), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 29, 2009 Pours gold with a nice deep head. Notes of thick malt on the nose and a nice heavy malt with a touch of hops at the finish. The beer reminds me of an amped up American Lager. wickedpete (627), Lexington Park, Maryland, USA

Yellowish but stands up a decent frothy white head. Has a grainy aroma, and a bready, watered down cheap malt flavor. It was actually somewhat refreshing in the Florida heat.
