Bottle, 5.3% bought at the brewery. Sweet and slightly spicy aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Nice stable creamy tan head. The flavour is mostly sweet, has a little spiciness, but still on the malty side.

Bottled at the brewpub. Dark amber, small head. Resiny hoppy nose. Sweet with dense lightly caramelly/syrupy malt. medium bodied with resiny finish. A bit sticky. Not as soft and edgeless as most Friedel’s brews.

Light coppery colored, little yellow head. Sweet and buttery aroma with some Danish vegetably-yeastiness and toffee. Medium bodied. Flavor is better with some sweet caramel and nuts, again some vegetably yeastiness here. Aftertaste dries strongly with same flavors, toffee comes also up here. Good brew.

Bottle: Amber coloured, small head; hoppy aroma, fruit-malty taste ending in a shy dryish-bitter aftertaste; creamy texture and full-bodied. Good !

Copper color, small head, fading slowly. Creamy aroma with plums. Sweetish, just a bit hoppy flavor. Grapes and plums. Fruity and bitter aftertaste. Rich beer, in body and flavor.
