Draft pours a cloudy copper with a 3cm white head. Hints of candied sugar, citrus fruits, spice. Finishes with a light sugary wheat taste.

The aroma was estery with a banana presence and a very light spice coupled with wheat. The beer arrived lightly hazy pale tannis (murky) yellow with a low off-white head. The flavor was wheat with light spice and more estery banana presence with caramel. The body was medium with a moderate level of carbonation and a creamy texture on the palate. A really tasty beer, but this really did not contain the characteristics of a witbier. The finish was ultimately dry with a light lasting spice. Pint at the Brewpub.

hazy yellow, wispy white head, nice sweet spiced orange aroma, light orange flavor, touch of sweetness, easy drinking for the tourists but needs more assertive wit character for the beer geeks

Bright golden in color with a small white head. Smell is full of lemons and corriander, with some orange notes too. Smooth and refreshing, very easy to drink. Reminded me alot of hoegaarden but it had more lemon flavors. Damn fine! I think the new brewer is really showing his stuff with this and the mild ale, very nice stuff.
