Commercial Description:
A West Coast Style “Steam” beer. This beer is brewed using a lager yeast at an elevated temperature. American hops are plentiful and give this beer a nice citrus hop flavor and aroma. A very easy drinking beer.

Growler from ElMatador at the Solan’s Mom Throwdown. Tart and fruity with alot of citrus hop presence. Nice light bread and caramel finish tempered by some light citrus hops. Well done session beer.

Elmatador, thanks a bunch. Hazy, marmalade color when poured. Grain and yeast dominate the aroma, there are some hoppy notes peaking through. Flavor is balanced and quenching, very drinkable.

Growler courtesy elmatador00, thanks James. The aroma shows toasted bread and grains, some light caramel, and a touch of citrus hops. The flavor follows the same with the toasted bread and caramel adding some sweetness that is followed by the citrus hops and some bitterness. Light bodied and very easy to drink with a smooth refreshing finish. A nice little session beer.

Growler... SMAACMSM O-Town Throwdown, Part Sept... Cloudy orange lager with a tiny, fizzy, white head. Earthy, herbal notes of black tea and corn. Medium-bodied with middling carbonation. Excellent balance... moderate citric bitterness; modest caramel sweetness. Crisp, lightly bitter, refreshing finish. Not one of my favorite styles, but Kevin did a nice job with this one. Should prove to have “mass appeal” at the brewpub.

Growler, thanks elmatador00. Poured copper/amber with a small white head. Big nose of citrus hops with some toasted malts poking through. Very nice. Smooth malt and crisp finish with some citrus hops in the flavor, though not a prominent as the nose. Quite nice, very sessionable! Thanks again!

Growler, courtesy elmatador00. Pours a light copper color with a thin white head. Has a nice malty aroma with a hint of some grassy citrus hops. Taste is smooth, malty and crisp with a hint of grassy hops. Tasty beer for the style.

Growler, courtesy elmatador00. Thanks James. Pours a slightly hazy amber color, with a small off white head. Smells of some light caramel malt, juicy citrus hops, and a touch of grapefruit. Not too shabby. The flavor was a little sweet, almost had a cinnamon thing going on, with some hop bitterness that shows up in the finish and lingering aftertaste. Pretty drinkable california common. Nice flavor and pretty refreshing.
