Commercial Description:
A West Coast Style “Steam” beer. This beer is brewed using a lager yeast at an elevated temperature. American hops are plentiful and give this beer a nice citrus hop flavor and aroma. A very easy drinking beer.

Growler, courtesy elmatador00. Pours a clear copper-orange color with a small, off-white head. No lacing noted. The aroma shows notes of toasted bread, caramel, cereal grains, and a light, grassy hoppiness. Flavors basically follow suit, with lightly caramelized, biscuity sweetness being balanced by dry grains and delicate, bitter grassy notes. Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Easy drinking, smooth session beer. Nice example of the style.

Throwdown. From a growler. Deep bronze color. Nice citric hoppiness. Very pleasing nose indeed. There’s also a strong floral component in there. Flavor seems fairly light and thinned out, with just a touch of bready malts and very little hop flavors or bitterness, in contrast to the aroma. Clean.
