The appearance saddens me, but then the other characteristics more than make up for it. Intense aromas of piney grapefruity hops. Subtle grassiness. Quite enjoyable; I could smell this for hours on end. Smooth IPA with pine-drizzled grapefruit; dry-hopped I would bet with all the hops lingering on the palate. Ample bitterness. An excellent drinker. If need be, I would drive the 4 hours to Wilmington just for this beer. Rockinout (946), Kent, Ohio, USA

The nose is of black pepper and grapefruit.
Very malty flavor up front and then... grapefruit, grapefruit, grapefruit. Me likes!
Full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, sweet 'n' tart finish with a ton of hop bitterness thrown in to help the beer go out with a Bang!
