Sep 15, 2006 Fruity nose. You can really smell the raspberry, but its more in the nose than in the actual taste. Malty and mild taste. Different.

Apr 30, 2007 Pours a light golden reddish color with a white head. Has some lacing. Has strong hints of raspberry. Has some hops taste, and strong malt flavor. Finshes light and crisp on the tongue.

Aug 11, 2003 Hazy, straw-colored ale. Small, white, fizzy head.
The nose is all about fresh raspberries. Very nice.
Raspberry and malt flavor with a good hop balance. Neither the fruit nor hops are overwhelming. Mild, medium-bodied beer with an oily mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Short, crisp, fruity finish. Refreshing!

Jun 15, 2009 Surprisingly good for the style. More raspberries than most others, but not too sweet, which was a plus. Very drinkable and a little too light. Could have used more wheat to back up the fruit. Not much else in this beer.

hazy pale yellow, wispy white head, nice lace, strong sweet raspberry aroma, good raspberry flavor that starts with a bit of tartness followed by some sweetness and finishes with some bitterness, the bitterness sits on the tongue for a while, quite a range of flavors for the required coastal fruit wheat beer

Jul 24, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Pours gold with wispy white head, but excellent lacing. The aroma is raspberry and not much else, maybe some sugary malt. The flavor is raspberry with underlying graininess. Actually a slightly bitter bite comes out in the finish, which reminds me that it is beer. Better than I was expecting, but still...

Jul 10, 2009 Light golden, a bit hazy with a short white head. Flavor was very sweet with most of the raspberry tartness at the finish. This was refreshing on a hot humid afternoon in Wilmington.
