A small white frothy head which is mostly diminishing. The body is orange-red. The beer starts light bitter and is later on even more bitter. The duration is average. On the palate the beer has a light to medium body, a soft carbonation and a very dry texture. Very refreshing joergen (8635), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Very nice toasted malt aroma with some noble hops--a little dusty, though. Clear light brown with lacy white top and lasting flanel blanket. Quite ascertive bitterness in front of a sort of sour/young flavour. Some toastiness and weak hops flavour as well. Light to medium body with medium carbonation. Refreshing. Pungent, almost aggresive fruity nose leaning towards plums and metal. Dryish with fairly clean mouthfeel. Lightly spritzy, grassy and ashy with some minerals and salty finish. A good altbier with a pleasant depth of flavours. Poperinge (359), Cowtown, Alberta, Canada
