| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 16, 2007 Bottle 75 cl. [Courtesy of Jesper, thanks buddy] Average fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Cloudy orange color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma was very fruit with notes of herbs, hint of citrus, coriander and caramel. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet fruity dominant flavor. Very fruity finish without being too sweet at the finish. 15-08-2007 chriso (4852), London, Greater London, England

Another Danish beer that is very difficult to classify. Very cloudy with an odd, less than appealing, vegetal aroma - cabbage and asparagus came to mind. Palate is underpinned by a sweetish fat malt presence, with a distinctly saison-like farmyard edge. Not really much hop presence and the vegetal elements persist too. Didn’t really go a bundle on this one.

Aroma of honey, brown sugar and some old basement. Easy drinkable beer, a bit sweet and plain, actually a bit watery. Smells more interesting than it tastes. gunnfryd (3632), Kristiansand, Norway
