Cloudy golden color. Strong aroma, herb teas; medium body, with some sweet malt flavor; both aroma and flavor present some defects from a typical homebrewing process.

Bottle 75 cl. [Courtesy of Jesper, thanks buddy] Average fizzy off-white head that mostly diminished. Cloudy orange color. Spare display of lacework. Aroma was very fruit with notes of herbs, hint of citrus, coriander and caramel. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet fruity dominant flavor. Very fruity finish without being too sweet at the finish. 15-08-2007

Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Another Danish beer that is very difficult to classify. Very cloudy with an odd, less than appealing, vegetal aroma - cabbage and asparagus came to mind. Palate is underpinned by a sweetish fat malt presence, with a distinctly saison-like farmyard edge. Not really much hop presence and the vegetal elements persist too. Didn’t really go a bundle on this one.

750 ml bottle, champagne-cork. Hazy orange body with short lasting yellow head. Aroma of honey, brown sugar and some old basement. Easy drinkable beer, a bit sweet and plain, actually a bit watery. Smells more interesting than it tastes.

Bottle. Quite sweer, with not too much going on. Some lightly roasted notes and caramel, but there wasn’t enough ging on in here to get me excited. Slightly sticky aswell.
