Hazy orange color, with a small, off-white head. Aroma has alcohol, sweetness and some yeast. The flavor has some orange in it, and lots of sweetness. Light sticky in the mouth, and a sweet finish. Pleasant, but probably not ready yet. The brewer also told me he decided that day that he would bring it along to the festival, even though he was a bit uncertain if it should have rested some more days. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 5, 2006 A hazy amber beer with a beutiful orange head. The aroma is very sweet and fruity with oranges being most dominant, but it also has notes of nuts as well as a touch of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet malty with lots of alcohol notes - a bit too much for my liking, as well as notes of caramel and brewmash. Papsoe (15109), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 22, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber with an off-white head. Fruity, lightly caramelish nose. Medium body with distinct malt- and caramel sweetness. Very discreet bitterness. Not bad, but a bit on the sweet side. I believe this could have matured some more. 190506
